Welcome to the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering at Sanjivani Rural Education Society’s Sanjivani College of Engineering, Kopargaon. The department has state-of-the-art facilities and highly qualified faculty. The department works with the objective of addressing critical challenges faced by industry, society, and academia. Perhaps even more important is our unceasing commitment to our students, helping them to learn, grow, develop, and achieve their goals in their pursuit to excel in professional careers.

The department was established in the year 1983 and since its inception has evolved from offering only an Undergraduate program to offering a Postgraduate program with specialization in Digital Systems and a Doctoral program in key areas of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

The department faculty work with excellent team spirit in different technical streams like RF Electronics, Communication, Signal Processing, VLSI, IoT and Embedded Systems, Wireless Sensor Networks, Robotics, etc., which leads to key research publications and consultancy in these areas. The department strives to provide a conducive environment for students to develop analytical and practical skills and apply them to real-world problems.

To motivate students, the department organizes regular training sessions in emerging technologies in software as well as hardware, arranges workshops, and conducts National & International Conferences periodically. The department has a Texas Instruments Centre of Excellence.

The department is actively associated with IIT Bombay through various programs like e-Prayog, Nodal Centre, Spoken Tutorial Knowledge Centre, eYantra Embedded System and Robotics Laboratory, and e-Sim sponsored by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GoI) under the National Mission on Education through ICT program.
